My Story
When I first discovered Scentsy it was because a friend invited me to her party she was hosting, I'm not big on going places where I don't really know anyone but I figured why not how bad could it be....well it didn't like my pocketbook that's for sure lol. I feel in love with the Holiday Lights warmer and Thunderstorm and Huckleberry Sage! I couldn't get enough but I only bought a 6 pack (no clue what the other 4 scents we're lol) it wasn't until 2016 when my aunt started talking to me about it and threw out the idea of me becoming a consultant. I thought she was crazy, I don't like talking to people I don't know lol. But tax time rolled around and I had what my best friend calls 20 seconds of insane courage and sent my aunt a text asking what I needed to do to get this going! She walked me through the few easy steps and my email was set up and my kit was purchased! Then I freaked and thought "oh my God what in the world did I just do?" I originally joined because I liked Scentsy and thought it was neat to get to see what was being released before others, my sales were to my mom and a few close friends and that was it until a co-worker and a friend decided to ask me about doing an in home party...I freaked but again with the 20 seconds of insane courage and said ya let's do it..again sent my aunt a text and was like "uh what do I do" my first in home party blew me away at over $600 and I finally realized I could actually do this and here I am almost 3 years later and now I am REALLY enjoying my "hobby"! I get to meet awesome people and travel to exciting places!!! I love what I do and the company I represent! Those 20 seconds of insane courage have led me to this awesome thing that I love to do!
